UniqDeck

Description and applications

UniqDeck® is a high-performance flat roof system developed jointly by Huurre and Sika. UniqDeck® combines the assembly benefits of sandwich panel roofing, innovative QuadCore® insulation technology and the high performance of Sika’s Sarnafil® membrane.

Panel HI-QuadCore® 2.0 F

Insulating panel system with high thermal insulation and very good fire performance. Its high rigidity, mechanical performance and lightness facilitate its handling and assembly on site.

Sika Sarnafil® T

Synthetic waterproofing membrane based on flexible polyolefins (FPO) reinforced with a polyester mesh and a non-woven fibreglass veil, multilayered and containing flame retardants and UV stabilizers. Membrane mechanically fixed (Sarnafil® T/AT) or adhered without mechanical anchors or perforations (Sarnafil® TG 76).

Mechanical fasteners

The HI-F panels are fixed to the roof substructure using self-drilling screws. After installation, the screw heads are hidden inside the washer specially designed for UniqDeck®, preventing their degradation and increasing the durability of the system.

Advantages

High thermal efficiency. The QuadCore® insulating core has high thermal performance, with an aged thermal conductivity of only 0.019W/mK.
